Uploading our records and documents in a private cloud is becoming increasingly widespread.
The Problem: recording of thoughts is necessary not to forget them, our documents are to be stored and provided as standard with labels in order search them quickly. To carry out these two tasks separately entails extra work.
Objective: the notebook and document management is carried out in one application (in a knowledge base).
Solution: solving joint notebook and document management.
Benefits: our major thoughts do not get forgotten, and sharing our thoughts is also easier, our documents are easy to find and also can be available for employees/co-workers from anywhere.
Disadvantages: The standard and systematic management of information objects (records, documents and papers) means extra work. It sounds good, to add labels is very easy, but this is not true.
