Statement of problem: Partly because of laziness, partly because of lack of time we do not put our documents in their place according to standard. Disadvantagesequently, when we are looking for them we can not find them.
Objective: To build a knowledge base for document management. In this knowledge base (application) we fashion a scheme to accommodate our documents.
Solution: Building a Knowledge Base for document management.
Pros: our documents are easy to find and also can be available for employees/co-workers from anywhere.
Disadvantages: The standard document management means extra work, because in order to easily retrieve our stored documents they should be systematically uploaded and also are advisable to be labeled.
